Druella is trying to bring the niceties of pureblood society to Crazytown, Madkingsland, by organizing tea parties and soirées and whatnot. I am actually not kidding. She's already at work deciding how to manipulate people with just the invitations alone, right alongside patiently replicating a few of Dorea's favoured playthings while Dorea describes them.
Where does she intend to host such things? Why, Grimmauld Place, of course. *facedesk* SHE DOESN'T EVEN WANT THE DAMN HOUSE (I CERTAINLY DON'T WANT THE ~TOKEN OF BLOODLINE WAR~!), but she's decided it's a pretty useful pawn to getting things she wants. Plus, it's the principle of the matter, and goddamn, apparently Druella Black is not going to halfass the principle. She pretty much has refused to go more than a foot outside that house since the EPIC "YOU ARE NO BROTHER OF MINE" stuff (only if Cygnus is still inside it and if it's necessary, like meeting Dorea outside to bring her in the house) and so is PAYING PEOPLE IN SHINY MAGIC GOODS to run her errands for her.
That said, AM needs to stop swallowing my soul because I have SO MUCH other stuff to DO. I wanna play at TOS, omg. :/
VICKIE. TWO QUESTIONS, the first just my curiosity, the second more logistics.
1) Where the heck is Wally at this point, the Three Broomsticks?
2) WHEN did she leave? Dani said Cy's pretty much ignoring her after that last response to him, so did she pack her toothbrush and leave yesterday? And was there shrieking/a throwdown because Druella barricaded them in earlier, or only until Druella dropped what was keeping her in?

Please note -- I am leaving RP and, likely, insanejournal for an extended amount of time. Possibly permanently. However, I do want to make my icons available to everyone, and as long as people care to use them, I want them to be open. Please just reply here if I ever have gone too long and photobucket is stopping them. I'll log back in ASAP if that is the case, so that the icons can go on running.

My inner Lexi is getting very uncomfortable with this experiment in the video we're watching in class. It's talking about being in an absolutely dark room with no light at all, and whether you'd still be able to see anything or not.
My poor little claustrophobe is freaking out at the thought of being in a completely dark room without even the barest hint of light.
*pats her*
(These middle schoolers are so cute that they think that your eyes can just adjust to absolute complete darkness. Even after six minutes in the dark, this one girl was still adamant that your eyes would adjust ... even if "it might take a few years" ........ wtf)
ETA: WAIT, OMG, MY MIND IS BEING BLOWN RIGHT THIS MOMENT: CHILDREN HAVE MINDS OF THEIR OWN!!!

I think Queenie hates all of Marie's characters :( She just made a new enemy today with Roux. It's probably like Loren says:
Loren: The teachers probably have conversations about Queenie in the lounge
Loren: Or at poker night w/e
Loren: "Bahahaha, did you hear about what that annoying Hero girl did this time!"
Also I need to write out her shitlist at some point. Because I can't always remember who is on it. If your character has argued with Queenie please tell me here. Obvs she dislikes most hxc leaguers, but some are on it especially. ( Queenie's shitlist )

I finally got around to sprucing up Josh's crazy family tree! And it turned into major headcanonfodderness.
Except I can't figure out how to share it :| So I took a bunch of screencaps but they don't show off the sparkly zoomy hover&appeariness of it :(
IMMEDIATE FAMILY. There is clearly a scary stare that has gone from grandmother to mother to Josh.
JOSH'S PROFILE. It flips up and does cool stuff can't show you :(
HEATH'S PROFILE. Again with the non-existent showing of the cool effects and... stuff. But it also demonstrates that everyone you hover over gets an explanation of how they're related back to Josh, which I thought was cool. Except for when I got to "Martin is your half brother's fiance's sister's husband" and then I knew I'd done too much.
HEATH'S FAMILY. The second-marriage spawn of Maud's first husband. Josh thinks they're kind of adorable, not that he'll ever admit this. Heath is too easy going to hate them, and thinks they're cute as well. Maud hates them. Maybe slightly less than she hates Rhys? Slightly.
MCDONALLS, aka soon to be Josh's half-inlaws? Half-inlaw's siblings maybe? Idk how that works, but apparently they're family now.
It's one of those projects I could just keep adding to, in all honesty.

Yes, yes, the book was better than the movie, Diet Coke is bad for you, Snape kills Dumbledore, I know. I know. But I thought the movie was good, and Rorschach is awesome. I couldn't help but be reminded of Moody when I was watching the movie again this weekend, and I think Rorschach would make a great First War Moody.
Even though he kind of looks like a grown up TS!Benjy, which makes me feel a little weird, and Dedalus feel really weird.
I thought about picking him up at TS before the vodka wore of and I realized that this would be exceptionally difficult. Is anyone looking for a Moody?

You know how sometimes people on your friendslist post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute. Since when were they working there? Since when were they dating him/her? Since when?" And you wonder how you could have missed all of that seemingly standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification, because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

NCIS Crew! Let's lock this shit down- What should they do? I think (and this is just me) for the sake of the game, we should have them come from a more mundane background. I think we can still apply the show to our characters and character relationships. I think it would be really fun to people from a newspaper. Maybe a law office? Let me know what you think.
